Summer Exhibition - Tuesday Art Group
Friday 10 th June to Sunday 10 th July 2022
An exhibition featuring work from an eclectic mix of local artists who meet on Tuesdays at The Farnham Pottery.
Most of the art group have been working together for several years: Grayshott based artist Alison Orchard formed the group in 2014 with Cotswolds-based artist Sharon Williams taking over as tutor in 2018.
"I really enjoy working with this group of artists and seeing them develop; they’re a fab bunch, enthusiastic, friendly and exceptionally supportive of each other. It gives me great joy to celebrate their ‘triumphs’ in their second exhibition held at this lovely venue."

Ronnie Ireland Lectures and Workshop

Art historian and resident Farnham Pottery tutor, Ronnie Ireland presents a series of lectures that will both inform and stimulate. Time will be given to explore the techniques and the importance of artists works through the lens of Ronnie's rich academic and applied knowledge.
In these fun and interactive sessions, Ronnie will examine previously considered works and gift you new depths of appreciation and possible meaning.
New Ceramic School
The Farnham Pottery is proud to offer classes for all ages and abilities staring in September 2022. The ceramics school will offer shot term beginners class, improvement courses as well as open studio memberships.
If you would like to be first in line for a to attend a class or ensure a membership please do register your interest below. We will try to accommodate everyone, allocations per session will be limited ensure the best learning opportunities for all.
Wire Workshop with
'A Vintage Garden'
Friday July 8th 9.30 - 4.30
Join artist Jane Clift for a day of fun and creativity, learning to make a wire swallow. Using wire, pliers and cutters (all provided), you will learn the techniques of hand weaving wire to create a beautiful three dimensional swallow to take home with you at the end of the day.
£85 per person
Lunch is included - we will be in touch to discuss any dietary requirements you may have once you've booked.
We are pleased to offer our pottery shop that supports our community of talented artists and makers. If they make with us they can sell in our shop.
All our makers work has individuality that sets it apart and gives them a unique personality. The shop is found at the back of the pottery and is open 7 days a week 9am - 4pm
